Consistently good quality

I've ordered from Parks Project a few times now, and they're always reliable. This time I got one of their national park graphic t-shirts and it felt just as soft and well-made as the hoodies I've bought before. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Portland, which is pretty standard for them. No surprises, which is exactly what I like. Good to know my purchases are still supporting conservation, too. Will definitely keep coming back for more gifts.

Good value with discount

I was looking for some new gear and found Parks Project. I signed up for their newsletter and got that 15% off first order discount, which was a nice bonus. I used it on a Glacier National Park hoodie. The price felt fair after the discount, and the quality of the hoodie seems pretty good for what I paid. Free shipping on orders over $100 is always a plus, but I didn't hit that this time. Overall, for a first purchase, I felt like I got good value for my money. I'd consider buying again, especially if there's another sale.

Love my new blanket!

Oh my gosh, I just got the outdoor blanket and it's even better than I thought! The colors are so vibrant and it's super cozy. I took it on a picnic this past weekend and it was perfect. The size was great for two people to stretch out on comfortably. I also grabbed a Yellowstone candle, and that smells amazing too. Every item I picked up really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be shopping here again for more national park gear!

Hey, I'm thinking about grabbing one of their hoodies. Do they generally run true to size or should I size up/down?

D Danielle L. 2 weeks ago
I'd say true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the smaller side if you like it baggy. My crewneck is def snug but in a good way.

Mine was perfect, no need to adjust from my usual size. Just check the size chart if you're really unsure.

Hey, I need to return a shirt, it's too big. How's their return process? Is it a hassle or pretty straightforward?

D Daniel Perez 3 weeks ago
Super easy. Just follow the instructions on their site. I returned a mug that arrived chipped and they sent a replacement with no questions asked.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just print a label and send it back, got my refund quickly.

Does anyone know if they ship to Canada? Really want that Yosemite poster but not sure if it's US only.

M Mark Hernandez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they do. I got a hat sent to Toronto last year. Shipping wasn't super fast but it got here.

They totally ship internationally. You'll probably see the option at checkout, just expect to pay a bit more for shipping.

Does Parks Project take PayPal or just credit cards? Trying to figure out my payment options before I commit.

S Sam Hall 4 weeks ago
Yep, they take PayPal! Used it last time I ordered a shirt.

I'm looking at their windbreakers, but also checking out Patagonia. Is Parks Project comparable in terms of quality or more for looks?

J Julia G. 2 weeks ago
Patagonia is usually more technical gear. Parks Project is good quality for casual wear and light outdoor stuff, but I wouldn't hike Everest in it. Think more lifestyle than performance.

Honestly, for a windbreaker, Parks Project is solid for everyday use. My friend has one and loves it, says it holds up well. Patagonia is def higher end though, different price point too usually.
